What is the best way to book an appointment?”

Visit the artist’s website or social media page to get in contact with them directly, call the shop, or use our contact form found here.

Can I bring a friend?”

Yes, but there’s limited space, so please limit guests to one person.

“Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, we do. Walk-ins are on a first-come, first-served basis, so stop in to see what we have available.

“Does your shop do piercings?

No, we do not offer piercings at this time.

“How much does a tattoo cost?

It depends on a number of factors. To get a quote, come into the shop to chat with an artist or schedule a consultation.

“How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?

You must be 18 years old to get a tattoo at the shop. We won’t tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

“How do I care for my tattoo?

Please see our aftercare page here for detailed instructions on how to care for your new tattoo.

“What is your deposit policy?

Each artist has different requirements for a deposit, so please refer to your individual artist for more information on their policy. 

“What’s your cancellation policy?

As a general rule, we like to have at least 24 hours notice if you are not going to be able to make your appointment. However, please refer to the individual artists for information on their personal cancellation policies.

“What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer cash payments but do take other forms of payment. Please check with your artist to see what forms of payment they accept.

When are you open?

We’re open from 12 PM to 8 PM Tuesday-Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday and Monday.

“Do you do touch-ups?

Yes. Please ask your artist directly about their touch-up policy.
